Rubaloy is a dry/mechanical polyblend of Acrylonitrile Butadiene (NBR) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), with superior dispersion and therefore, enhanced physical properties. The product is RoHS compliant and its ingredients/components are listed on the U.S. EPA TSCA 8(b) Inventory; it also adheres to the all-important REACH norms. As polyblends have evolved considerably over the years, we can now provide finer, stronger materials with unique properties and an improved finish.The different ratios of NBR:PVC used in our product (varying from grade to grade) gives it an edge over traditional synthetic rubbers and allows us to meet a wide range of specifications and formulations. Rubaloy has the ability to replace Nitrile Rubber, Chloroprene, Hypalon and EPDM in various applications. Products made from Rubaloy have an unparalleled combination of fuel, oil, ozone, solvent and abrasion resistance. Our specialty grades offer unique properties such as low temperature resistance, extremely low hardness, fuel 'C' resistance, fire-retardancy, anti-static properties, and the ability to produce lightweight micro-cellular products. We also provide general-purpose grades for ozone and oil/fuel resistance.

Rubaloy RA - 7360 is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade has improved Tensile, Elongation, Compression Set, Swelling and Processability.

Rubaloy RA - 70 is the most popular and widely used grade of fluxed NBR / PVC in the polymer ratio of 70-30. It is a non-staining, oil, Ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber with Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin.

Rubaloy RA - L 7360 is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using low (28%) Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin Blend which can easily withstand low temperatures of upto -45°C. This grade offers excellent rubber- to- metal bonding.

Rubaloy RA - 7047 is a unique blend of Nitrile Rubber with PVC, specially made to offer very high ozone, weather, oil, and abrasion resistance in the products. It offers good tensile strength and elongation along with extremely low gas permeability. It is suitable to produce molded and extruded products.

Rubaloy RA - 4465 is a blend of specially selected polymers viz. Ultra high Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (44% ACN Content) and pre-treated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'A', 'B' and 'C') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used specialty Synthetic Rubbers. This grade is Pthalate free amd has improved flexibility as well as abrasion resistance. It has excellent color fastness and very low permeability; it has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

Rubaloy RA - 703G is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium ACN (33%) content Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade has improved extrusion rate, extrusion, molding and surface finish. Rubaloy-703G is Pthalate free.

Rubaloy RA - 7060 is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin.

Rubaloy RA - 7573 is a high performance grade, offering excellent ozone, oil and abrasion resistance. It is non-staining and is made from 70% medium ACN content NBR and 30% from PVC Resin.
