Indcresa is a family-owned company, manufacturing Cocoa products since 1915.
In 1999 we completed the construction of one of the most modern Cocoa Powder production facilities in the world, located in Terrassa (Barcelona). Production, Quality control and Research, an ultra modern pilot plant, as well as our head office, all under one roof.

To meet the increasing demands of the International markets, we opened Indcresa USA and a sales office in The Netherlands.

We have implemented innovative technical procedures allowing us to develop Cocoa Powders to the specific individual color and flavor requirements of our customers.

Currently our production capacity is about 60.000 Tons per year, positioning us as a market leader in Spain and the country’s largest exporter of Cocoa Powder.

Indcresa PV1 is natural cocoa powder, light brown with golden tones. Intense cocoa flavor and aroma with subtle fruity notes.

Indcresa PV4r is red medium alkalized. Reddish-brown cocoa powder with intense chocolate aroma and flavor. Designed for applications that require a reddish color while keeping its full intensity.

Indcresa PV7 is black alkalized. Black cocoa powder with a strong flavor, as a result of a special alkalization process.

Indcresa PV5 is strong alkalized. Strongly alkalized cocoa powder with marked dark brown color and intense flavor.

Indcresa PV2 is lightly alkalized. Light brown cocoa powder. Mild chocolate flavor and aroma, strongly reminiscent of the flavors of cocoa in its original state.

Indcresa PV4 is medium alkalized. Moderately alkalized cocoa powder with a dark brown color and high chocolate notes in aroma and final flavor in mouth.
