- Surface Preparation - All substrates must be clean and oil/grease free as a minimum. Light grit blasting is the preferred surface treatment. Primers from the Indestructible Paint IP985 range are also recommended where enhanced corrosion protection is required.
- Paint Preparation - Stir well before use. Use an addition of 5 - 10 % 42000 thinner for spray application.
- Application Method - Designed for spray application. Touch-up areas may be brushed.
- Drying Curing
- Flash off - 15 minutes ambient
- Pre-Cure - 30 minutes at 140°C - 150°C
- Full Cure - 60 - 80 minutes at 180°C - 190°C

Technical Details & Test Data
- Performance
Designed to provide a firmly adherent abrasion-resistant low friction coating. The recommended coating thickness range is 30 - 500 microns depending upon the application.
The applied and cured coating provides an excellent level of substrate protection due to its chemical-resistant barrier properties.
The coating provides an easy clean non-stick coating for surfaces open to local atmospheric conditions or self-lubricating properties when employed in an enclosed environment such as oil/gas drilling sensors.
