It is a solution of an ammonium salt of an acrylic polymer in water. These polymers keep the solids dispersed in various conditions providing very stable dispersions. When compared with other dispersing agents these dispersants provide very good storage stability of the solids. Indosperse A 140 works as a very effective viscosity modifier. It is used to reduce the viscosity of the pigment slurry so that keeping the viscosity constant can increase the solid load. It can be effectively used in various water-based system as ideal dispersing agents for a wide range of pigments. The optimum amount of dispersing agent required to form a stable dispersion strongly depends on the pigment’s chemical nature, the particle surface and shape. The polymer base of the latex also plays a very important part in the stability equation.

Storage and Handling:
Indosperse A 140 is generally safe but on should wear gloves and glasses to handle the product thereby avoiding contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of eyes, flush with water and get prompt medical attention.
Shelf Life:
It can be stored for 6 month from date of manufacturing
