Filterability Stock pastes produced with INDRA REACT PRINT – (XTRM) should be kept for several hours preferably overnight Film Properties The dried and fixed print paste films remain flexible and are easy to remove in a normal washing-off process Rheology Print pastes produced with INDRA REACT PRINT-RT AN (XTRM) have distinct pseudo plastic properties showing an excellent printing behavior Color Yield INDRA REACT PRINT-RT AN (XTRM) does not impair the natural color depth and brilliancy of the prints Stability Well compatible with the auxiliaries and P-series Dyestuffs of any reputed company. It is sensitive to water hardeners, electrolytes, ionic auxiliaries and Dyestuffs. The viscosity drops and in extreme cases Precipitations occur. Preservative Eco-Friendly

Recipe Recommendation
Preparation of Print Paste:
Water x g
POORA R salt 10 g
Urea 100-200 g
Sodium hydrocarbonate or soda 20 - 25 g
INDRA REACT PRINT-RT AN (XTRM) (stock paste) y gBEZAKTIVE GO (CHT Bezema) z g
The best compatibility &optimized results can be achieved with BEZAKTIVE GO Series dyestuffs from CHT BEZAMA.
We recommended using Bezaktive Black GO; Navy Go; Golden yellow GO; Red GO; Blue Go; Orange Go.
Drying and Fixation Terms
The prints are given a drying and steaming treatment. Steaming is done according to the usual conditions of reactive printing.
Washing off of printed goods
The printed goods must be thoroughly washed off to remove residual thickener & unfixed color. The procedure is as follows:
Two cold rinse followed by two hot wash
Soaping with 2.0 – 4.0 gpl Cotoblanc SEL 281 @ 90°C
Cold rinse
