BA Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-use, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. It is a fast-drying ink that adheres to a wide range of substrates, such as ABS, SAN, Rigid PVC, pre-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonates, hard plastics, acrylics, wood, and finished substrates. As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Significantly increase abrasion resistance with the addition of hardener. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift.

Regulations

The BA Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and are formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to UE regulation. Main indications are carried on the product label. Not suitable for contact with food (not conform to FDA).

Technical Details & Test Data

Drying Process
  • Ready for overprinting in less than 60 seconds
  • Dust dry in 20 minutes at room temperature
  • Complete cross-linking (full cure) of the inks is realized in 6-8 days at room temperatures
