MB Series pad printing ink is the “go-to” high-gloss 2-component pad printing ink with excellent adhesion, even on difficult substrates. MB Series pad printing ink is an easy-to-use, fast-curing opaque ink series with superior mechanical and chemical resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkali on metals and hard plastics. In addition, MB series will print on metals, painted surfaces, hard plastics, pre-treated polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylics, powder-coated surfaces, and epoxy resins.

Compliance

The MB Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and are formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to UE regulation. Main indications are carried on the product label. Not suitable for contact with food (not conform to FDA).

Technical Details & Test Data

Drying Process
  • Ready for overprinting in less than 60 seconds
  • Dust dry in 20 minutes at room temperature
  • Complete cross-linking (full cure) of the inks is realized in 6-8 days at room temperatures
