Sapphire® SI Series Ink

SI Series ink is a 2 component ink specifically designed to print on silicone rubber parts. It can be applied by either screen or pad printing. The SI Series is opaque, glossy, flexible, and exceptionally resistant to abrasion. SI Series Inks are available in 8 standard colors. It is ideal for wristbands, buttons for controllers, touch pads and various promotional items which can pose a challenge when printing with other solvent based inks.

The SI Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and are formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to UE regulation. Main indications are carried on the product label. Not suitable for contact with food (not conform to FDA).

Technical Details & Test Data

Drying Process

Silicone Ink must be dried at 93-121°C (200-250°F) for 8-10 minutes.
