Our legumes are available in a variety of forms to fit your application, from 5-20 minute whole beans to flakes and flours. None of our products contain chemicals or additives and are kosher and organic certified. All legumes are non-GMO. Our product line includes: Black Beans, Black-eyed Peas, Garbanzo Beans (chick peas), Great Northern Beans, Kidney Beans, Brewer Lentils, Navy Beans, Split Green Peas, Whole and Split Yellow Peas, Pink Beans, Pinto Beans, and Red Beans. Specialty varieties: Adzuki Beans, Canario Beans (mayacoba), Pigeon Peas and more. Food manufacture in the Sterner family goes back a long, long way. The first generation to make to process food was Matthew Sterner in 1932, during the Great Depression, under the name Sterner Special Foods. Today, Matthew’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren carry on the tradition with Inland Empire Foods."
