innollient™ LO is a liquid estolide mainly composed of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids with hydrophilic groups that have a high affinity for water molecules. A structural feature of innollient™ LO is the presence of a Guerbet derivative, creating a lipophilic lateral branch. This derivative imparts fluidity and low-friction characteristics to the product. It has an excellent capability in dispersing pigments and UV filters, making it particularly suitable for makeup and sun care formulations. The main benefits provided by this product are its spreadability index, and a unique skin feel comparable to a silicone touch, coupled with a significant improvement in skin resiliency.
