Flexicare PQ-1130 is a 32% solids, water-soluble cationic dispersant polymer used in personal care applications. It is a unique high molecular weight, high charge density polymer that provides conditioning and flexible hold for hair care products. Flexicare PQ-1130 is a non-greasy product which builds volume and sheen. It is also effective as a cationic emulsifier and softening agent in personal care lotions and creams.
