Zeastat is a blend of multifunctional ingredients that allows formulators to use hurdle technology to create self-preserving formulations. As opposed to traditional methods of preservation, hurdle technology is a formulation approach whereby combinations of ingredients and other aspects of formulation are used along with good manufacturing principles. Zeastat includes caprylhydroxamic acid (CHA), a chelating agent, and medium spreading emollient that also has antimicrobial properties. Lexsolv™ A is an extremely light and dry emollient ester used as a solubilizer in sun care and sunscreen formulations such as beach products, daily-wear moisturizers, face lotions, sunless tanning lotions, and sheer foundations. Lexsolv™ A has been optimized to solubilized UVA absorbers that are generally difficult to dissolve.It is also an excellent solvent for fragrances. It is non-greasy, fast spreading, and has no odor or color.

LipFeel Natural MB is 100% natural and sustainable emollient, humectant, pigment dispersant and dye solubilizer used in lipstick, lip gloss and other color cosmetics. It is tasteless, with ultra-low odor and superb pigment dispersing properties. Lexamine® S-13 MB is an artificial wax derived from mixed vegetable fatty materials reacted with amines and amides. It is particularly suited as a secondary emulsifier in skin care products, or as a primary emulsifier in hair conditioning creams.
