  1. Combine phase “A” ingredients and begin heating to 80°C.
  2. Mix until uniform and begin cooling.
  3. Add phase “B” and continue mixing.
  4. At 30°C, add phase “C” to main batch.

Properties:

  1. pH @ 25ºC = 4.70
  2. Viscosity @ 25ºC (Brookfield RVT; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 6,000cps
  3. STABILITY: Passed 1 months @ 45°C
