Spectrastat™ GHL Natural is an optimized combination of multifunctional ingredients that allows formulators to easily create self-preserving formulations. The mildness of Caprylhydroxamic Acid and Glyceryl Heptanoate makes this preservation system ideal for sensitive skin, facial care, and baby care applications. Spectrastat™ GHL Natural is ideal for personal care products as an alternative to parabens, formaldehyde donors, MIT, phenoxyethanol, and other traditional preservatives that may be undesirable. It is effective over a broad pH range from pH 4 - 8 with a typical use level 0.5 – 2.0% (w/w) in emulsions, surfactant-based products, sunscreens, and wipes juice formulations. Spectrastat™ GHL Natural contains 100% biobased content as certified by the USDA BioPreferred® Program.

Instructions for Use
