Alymers is 100% solid polyester resin in pale granule status made from the polymerization of diacids and diols being used as the major raw materials for powdercoatings
With no vaporization occuring, it is an energy efficient material and Alymers not containing any solvents, it is a good solution for concerns such as air pollutions, odor, fire hazard and toxicity.
Alymres users can easily get a thick coating film and excellent coating performances to shorten the coating process and improve productivity with just one application. Also users can reuse leftover paints, which makes Alymers as an Eco-friendly products.

Alymers

Alymers® TC 003 is master batch of 10% curing accelerator in carboxylated polyester resin. Recommended to accelerate curing time of Hybrid, TGIC and PT 910 type powder coating system. It’s mainly used with HC6002.

Alymers® TC 003

Alymers® AC 3006 is master batch of 10% of leveling agent that made from acrylic polymer for use on flow in hydroxylated polyester resin. Curing based on carboxylated &amp; hydroxylated polyester resin such as Alymers® , cured with 7~10% of Alymers® AC3006 exhibit nice leveling.

Alymers® AC 3006

Alymers® AC 2105 is a glycidyl functionalized polyacrylic resin designed as a matting hardener for carboxylated polyester resins. Coating based on carboxylated polyester resin such as Alymers® TC3004 or PC2811, cured with appx.22.5% of Alymers® AC2105 exhibit full matte effect. Gloss level is under appx.5 at 60°.

Alymers® AC 2105

Alymers® TC 001 is master batch of 5% curing accelerator in carboxylated polyester resin. Recommended to accelerate curing time of Hybrid, TGIC and PT 910 type powder coating system. It’s mainly used with HC6002.

Alymers® AC 2102 is a glycidyl functionalized polyacrylic resin designed as a matting hardener for carboxylated polyester resins. Coating based on carboxylated polyester resin such as Alymers® TC3004 or PC2808, cured with appx.25% of Alymers® AC2102 exhibit full matte effect. Gloss level is under appx.5 at 60°.

Alymers® AC 2211 is a glycidyl functionalized polyacrylic resin designed to maximize the balance of resin flow, Tg and reactivity for excellent coating appearance. The most used curing agent for Alymers® AC2211 EXP is 1,12-dodecanedioic acid(DDDA), to produce high gloss, smoothness and clarity clear coat.

Alymers® AC 2212 is a glycidyl functionalized polyacrylic resin designed to maximize the balance of excellent flow and reactivity for coating appearance. The most used curing agent for Alymers® AC2212 EXP is 1,12-dodecanedioic acid(DDDA), to produce high gloss, smoothness and clarity clear coat.

Alymers® AC 3005 is master batch of 15% of leveling agent that made from acrylic polymer for use on flow in hydroxylated polyester resin. Curing based on carboxylated &amp; hydroxylated polyester resin such as Alymers® , cured with 3~5% of Alymers® AC3005 exhibit very nice leveling.
