Intec Foams PVC/Nitrile (NBR) Sponge Rubber ST-O – (BS 476 class O) is used as a low density thermal insulation foam in Building &amp; Construction. When PVC and Nitrile are combined by polymerisation, they product is a soft, closed cell sponge rubber which needs a low deflection force to create a seal.

Intec Foams Neoprene Foam DK1410 has several different densities which are manufactured in raw block form or in rolls. The flexibility of Neoprene means that the foams are suitable for a wide variety of applications requiring a rubber type foam which has good resistance and/or characteristics for different liquids. It is most widely known for its use in sports clothing and equipment.

Intec Foams Sealtec PU Foam is a type of foam consisting of polyether and polyester grade foam particular suited for low compression seals, used mainly in the automotive industry. It replaces EPDM foam where weight saving is a factor. Sealtec foam only needs around 60% compression to be effective.
