Interlube Corp. Formula 2028 Liquid Steam Cleaner

Formula 2028 Liquid Steam Cleaner is a heavy duty, multi-purpose, liquid alkaline cleaner concentrate formulated for use in high pressure hot water or steam cleaning equipment to remove heavy deposits of dirt, grime, oil and grease. The convenient liquid form allows it to be proportioned directly from a drum using an eductorsystem, or it can be easily premixed in a tank.

Usage & Dilution Guide

Safe on iron, steel, stainless steel, magnesium, rubber, most plastics, nylon and neoprene. Mayaffect painted surfaces at low dilution rates.
Concentrate is harmful to aluminum, copper or copper base alloys, tin, zinc and galvanized surfaces.Test before using.

  • Steam cleaning use at 1/3 to 2/3 the rate of powdered material normally used. Suggestedstarting concentration if no previous experience: 1 to 3 oz. Per gallon of water. Adjust usage to soilLoad and application conditions.
  • Hot high pressure washers use at 1 to 6 oz. Per gallon. Product can be proportioneddirectly, using an eductor system. Usage will vary with type of soil, soil load, water temperature andpressure, and type of surface being cleaned.
  • Concrete floor cleaning dilute 1:40 with water. Wear rubber gloves.

Caution

Moderately Alkaline Material. Avoid skin or eye contact. For skin contact: wash with plenty of water. For eye contact: flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and get medical attention.
