Interplastic Corporation PR-600-PMMN is a polyester based Radius/Filet Compound with a proven track record for use both up against the gel-coat (above the water line applications) and as a general purpose gap filling filet compound. This material is manufactured with superior polyester polymer, fillers, and reinforcement fibers. PR-600-PMMN is formulated to be low shrink and low have a low exotherm to minimize heat distortion issues. This product can be hand mixed/hand applied, and it has also been successfully used when pumped through standard putty dispensing equipment. PR-600-PMMN compound can be laminated wet on wet or can be allowed to cure and then laminated. It will become an integral part of the laminate.

Interplastic Corporation PS-120-PMLN is a low viscosity, low density, and fast curing compound designed to replace resin in closed molding processes. This product is recommended when looking for ways to reduce finished part weight, and where a high quality gel coated surface is desired on both sides of the finished part. Small parts such as hatches and doors are ideal candidates for this technology. Formulated with production rate in mind this product has adequate open time to assemble parts combined with a rapid back-end cure to allow for faster demolding. Product can also be used for weight reduction in larger parts while helping to provide some stiffness and strength when used in combination with appropriate core materials – glass mat for added strength and structural foam for stiffness and weight reduction.

Interplastic Corporation PC-900-PULN is a pourable polyester compound that is formulated with high performance polymers and high strength ceramic filler for premium performance. In addition to its exceptional strength performance this product has a low exotherm which allows for greater thickness of the pour. The low viscosity and self-leveling properties of PC-900-PULN is excellent for deep cavity pours where high strength is required.
