SperseStab™ TNPP is a liquid phosphite antioxidant and thermal stabilizer for use in elastomers, including SBR, NBR, and SIS. SperseStab™ 1425 is a high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant containing a phosphonate located para to the phenol. This orientation provides excellent color and low gas fading in a UV-stabilized antioxidant. The calcium salt acts as a soluble catalyst, especially for the esterification of rosin esters. Additionally, SperseStab™ 1425 works as a catalyst in the solid-state polymerization of PET polymers. Other applications include polyolefins, fibers, adhesives, and lubricating oils and greases.
