- What is R100 and what does it do?
R100 biostimulant contains a patented combination of two disubstituted urea compounds (DPU) & gamma polyglutamic acid.
DPU boosts cytokinin levels in tissues with resulting increased cell division and growth
Gamma-PGA binds to foliar applied cations to improve uptake.
- Benefits
- Soluble concentrate formulation of manganese, copper and zinc, supplemented by magnesium, nitrogen and sulfur, with R100 biostimulant
- Manganese content is a blend of fast uptake nitrate and more persistent sulfate forms
- Copper, manganese and zinc ratios reflect their concentration in cereals.
- Copper, manganese and zinc ratio reflects their concentration in cereals. They are also all constituents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme important in the detoxification of damaging oxygen free radicals under stress conditions.
- Contains manganese as a blend of fast uptake (nitrate) & slow (sulfate)
- Contains R100® biostimulant to boost nutrient uptake and increase cytokinin levels to stimulate growth

Key Points
- Readily compatible. Add Cearum to spray tank first. Half fill the spray tank with water. Add Cearum, allow each product to disperse / dissolve before adding the next. Maintain continuous agitation.
- Incompatible with mecoprop. In common other biostimulant / nutrient formulations do not allow the concentrate to come in contact with pH sensitive plant protection products.
- Agronomic Guidelines
- Readily compatible, add to the spray tank FIRST
- Do not apply in less than 100 l/ha spray volume (150 l/ha preferable)
- Repeat applications may be required if symptoms persist
- Do not mix Cearum with phenoxy herbicides (e.g. MCPA, mecoprop, 2, 4D).
- The manganese content is a mixture of fast uptake nitrate and more persistent sulfate forms
- Readily compatible with many plant protection products
- Add to the spray tank FIRST
- Do not mix Cearum with Mecoprop
- Do not apply in less than 100 l/ha spray volume (150 l/ha preferable).

Technical Details & Test Data
- Trials Results
The addition of R100 biostimulant to Cearum significantly increases the uptake of manganese, zinc and copper. Independent studies by the University of Nottingham on
Concerto spring barley evaluated the performance of Mancozin, Cearum without R100 and Cearum with R100 on plants deficient in manganese, zinc and copper. Results
were taken two and eight days after treatment.Manganese: R100 significantly increases Mn content
Zinc: R100 significantly increases Zn content
Copper: R100 significantly increases Cu content
Chlorophyll content assessed by SPAD meter
The inclusion of R100 resulted in a small but significant increase in chlorophyll content after 8 days in comparison with Mancozin.
