IntraCrop Cogent

Cogent is the market leading adjuvant for use with translocated grass-weed herbicides (e.g. fop/dim/den and SU). The unique combination of surfactants ensures that the herbicide is coated evenly over the target surface, with up to 45% better coverage than standard oil-based adjuvants. Active penetrant ethoxylated adjuvants increase herbicide uptake by up to 50% in comparison with methylated seed oils (MSOs) ensuring more rapid uptake of active ingredient through target wax layer and No increased crop phytotoxicity.

IntraCrop Cogent - Features

Dynamic surface tension is reduced so that droplet reflection (bounce off) and run-off losses are minimized. Spray retention is increased. The adjuvant combination ensures even coverage of the target. Droplet contact with the target surface (especially waxy or hairy surfaces) is increased improving control.

IntraCrop Cogent - Features - 1

Cogent increases the penetration of the water repellent cuticular and sub-cuticular waxes resulting in higher PPP efficacy. Cogent is less aggressive than MSO’s in disrupting the outer wax layers so whilst herbicide uptake is increased, crop safety is improved.

Evoque creates a uniform spray pattern and reduces spray drift, ensuring accurate deposition on the target surface.
Reduce droplet bounce and run off
The combination of organo-silicone and twin alkoxylated surfactants lowers the surface tension of spray droplets, reducing droplet bounce (reflection). It also prevents beading or re-aggregation of droplets and their subsequent run-off.
Increase coverage
The unique surfactant blend creates a film over the target surface, ensuring even coverage of difficult to wet targets.
Improve penetration
Evoque improves penetration of the outer waxes to increase bio-availability of the fungicide, driving fungicide uptake to increase disease control and yield.
