"Intrepid was formed in January 2000 to acquire the Moab mine from Potash
Corporation of Saskatchewan. Intrepid was the first to apply horizontal drilling
technology commonly used in the oil and gas industry to raise and stabilize
production. In 2004, Intrepid acquired assets from Mississippi Potash, Inc. and
Eddy Potash, Inc. in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The Wendover, Utah facility was
acquired from Reilly Chemical, Inc. In 2019, Intrepid acquired a ranch in Jal,
New Mexico creating Intrepid South. Our Vision is to continually deliver value to our shareholders, employees and employees'
communities.
We'll do this through operational excellence and profitable capital
investments, and by providing high quality products."
