INXFlex™ UV Flexographic Inks are formulated to provide minimal plate swell on most tag & label, pressure sensitive, shrink and in-mold label applications. Formulated to be benzophenone and ITX free, they are an ultra-low viscosity pourable system that can be printed with aniloxes up to 1800-line screen with 1.0-1.2 BCM. They provide good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates while being V-pyrol free.

XPro™ Open Sheetfed Offset Inks are an economical 4/c process system designed for today’s new high speed press applications where set speed and good misting performance are a must for the commercial printing market. It will produce good results on all sheetfed presses on a wide variety of substrates. Ink waste due to skinning in the fountain is reduced as they are formulated to stay skin free for three days. XPro Open complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.

ProCure™ Energy Curable Coatings are designed to be fast curing with superior finish, providing quick turnaround times and smooth, defect-free surfaces. The high-performance coatings have excellent flexibility, adhesion properties, depth of gloss, and clarity. They offer a wide variety of properties including high gloss, rub, chemical moisture and fade resistance, low odor, laser safe, foil stampability, and more. UV adhesives and overprint varnishes are also part of the INX offering.

GelFlex-EB™ Electron Beam Flexographic inks help brand owners and printers achieve their sustainability goals by reducing or eliminating lamination layers in favor of surface print. They are ultra-high solid, gel-based inks which are fluid enough for CI flexo printing, but thicken rapidly, providing effective high-speed ink trapping in the wet state. With GelFlex-EB™ you can produce a wide array of eye-catching print designs using multi-colored palettes as well as various tactile packaging surfaces.

INXFlex™ Contour UV Flexographic Dual Cure Shrink Sleeve Inks are specifically engineered for tried-and-true adhesion to shrink sleeves with heavy ink coverage and can be cured with either traditional UV or LED technology. These high-performance UV flexographic inks address the key needs determined by shrink sleeve converters maximizing shrink contouring while eliminating post-shrink adhesion loss and ink flaking. This ink system has excellent transfer capabilities and printability at high press speeds and is fast drying. The Dual Cure (DC) version allows you to switch from either UV or LED unit by unit, curing two ways with one ink system for increased efficiencies and lower applied costs.

INX Digital Czech E-Tech S2 is a premium quality, low VOC, non-stay open quickset inks for the sheetfed market. S2 inks are formulated with drier to work on a wide range of substrates. They are formulated with environmentally friendly raw materials that average 70 percent bio-renewable content and qualify for the ASA Soy Seal. This product is Nestle Compliant, Swiss compliant (Swiss Ordinance 817.023.21), and does not contain reportable levels of Proposition 65 substances. E-Tech S complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.

FormsPro™ Web Offset Forms Ink is a soy-based forms ink system formulated with excellent strength, stability, ink/water balance control, and ink transfer that is superior to all other conventional and soy forms systems in the market. The PANTONE® strength base colors offer bright colors with excellent printability and mileage – complete with stay open properties that eliminates skinning skin since there are no driers used in these inks.

ColorTrac™ Web Offset Heatset Inks have been formulated for the heatset news and advertising insert market using a state-of-the-art high molecular weight resin system which delivers superior press performance in every aspect of the lithographic printing process. They provide superior print quality, productivity, reduced waste, and excellent compatibility with a wide range of fountain solutions. Rub resistance and drying properties are excellent, even at the highest press speeds. All standard ColorTrac ink systems are formulated to meet ISO 2846-1 standards for shade and hue and have been proven to meet G-7 print requirements and certification. The ColorTrac system is available in several different tack ranges for use on many different types of paper and end use print requirements.
