Tipaque

Tipaque® CR-50-2 is a medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process and post-treated with alumina and an organic compound. It has ease of dispersion due to the organic treatment.
Tipaque® CR-50-2 is a general purpose grade for versatile applications such as water-based/solvent-based paints, printing inks and plastics.

Tipaque® R-980 is a medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and has superior durability due to its crystal stabilization with aluminum. It shows the unique blueish tone due to its slightly smaller particle size. Tipaque® R-980 also shows ease of dispersion, excellent gloss and tinting strength due to its surface treatment with alumina and an organic compound. It is a multipurpose grade for versatile applications such as exterior paints where the maximum durability is regired, interior paints, printing inks and plastics.

Tipaque® CR-90 is a medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process and post-treated with dense-silica and alumina. It has superior durability in gloss retention and chalk resistance.
Tipaque® CR-90 is a suitable grade for versatile applications where the maximum durability is required, such as industrial paints, exterior paints, powder coatings and plastics.

Tipaque® R-830 ORG is a medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and post-treated with silica and alumina. It has superior durability due to its crystal stabilization with zinc, and it also shows superior hiding power, tinting strength and high gloss. Tipaque® R-830 is a multipurpose grade for versatile applications such as exterior/interior paints and printing inks.

Tipaque® PFR209 is medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and surface-treated with silica and alumina. It is suitable grade for lamination gravure ink and shows good performance for ink film properties and printing properties.
Tipaque® PFR209 shows superior opacity even after lamination due to the improvement dispersion in ink films, namely superior light scattering with the control of coarse particles.

Tipaque® CR-90-2 is a medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process and post-treated with dense-silica, alumina and an organic compound. It has superior durability in gloss retention, chalk resistance and shows ease of dispersion. Tipaque® CR-90-2 is a suitable grade for versatile applications such as industrial paints, exterior paints and powder coatings.

Tipaque® PFR212 is small-medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and post-treated with alumina and organic compound. It has high gloss, case of dispersion and bluish tone.
Tipaque® PFR212 is especially suitable grade for surface printing ink where the high gloss is required.

Tipaque® PF-742 is a medium-particle-size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and post-treated with silica, alumina and organic compound. TIPAQUEⓇ PF-742 is special grade for laminate type gravure ink, and has excellent printing properties. Tipaque® PF-742 shows higher hiding power even after lamination due to the creative silica treatment in spite of relatively lower amount of surface treatment and it has excellent lamination properties such as adhesivity and excellent re-resolvability.

Tipaque® A-100 is a non-coated anatase type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process. It has a more blueish color tone and higher brightness because of its high reflectance of short wavelength light in visible region, compared to rutile type titanium dioxide.
Tipaque® A-100 has a more blueish tinted tone because of smaller particle size compared to rutile type titanium dioxide. It is suitable grade for versatile applications such as plastics ( e.g. PVC), rubber and traffic paints.
