Tipaque® R-780 is a medium particle size rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and post-treated with silica and alumina. It has excellent hiding power and tinting strength especially in medium to high pigment volume concentration systems containing extenders. Tipaque® R-780 is especially suitable grade for high pigment volume concentration flat emulsion paint or gravure ink.
