ISO-LEN

ISO-LEN® 1000 also known as PE-UHMW or Polyethylene 1000, has proven itself for many years in various fields of application. Due to the wide range of properties, products made from this all-round material are used in all areas of technology in which particularly high demands are made on the materials used. By adding additives, we can also supply you with finished parts made of PE-UHMW in an antistatic version ( ISO-LEN® 1000 AST ) or electrically conductive form ( ISO-LEN® 1000 EL ).

ISO-LEN® HOT is an ultra-high molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene based on the well-known ISO-LEN® 1000. The addition of oxidation-inhibiting additives enables a longer service life at higher temperatures.

ISO-LEN® P is an ultra-high molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene based on the proven ISO-LEN® 1000. Due to the homogeneous reinforcement of glass microspheres with PE-UHMW, ISO-LEN® P achieves not only a significantly improved abrasion resistance - especially at high machine speeds - but also an optimization of the rigidity of the workpiece.

ISO-LEN® 500 also known as PE-HMW or Polyethylene 500, is made from high-molecular raw materials in a sinter-press process. The material is used in a wide variety of shapes and colors in various industries. In addition to good sliding properties, the good abrasion resistance is particularly valued.

ISO-LEN® Polyrubber consists of two different thermoplastics: High molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene (ISOLEN ° 500, colors: red-brown, confetti or black) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE; color: black). These materials come in either two homogeneous composite layers are pressed together, or the TPE is in the near-surface Layers of PE interspersed. In the case of separate layers, the ISO-LEN 500 enables problem-free attachment, for example by means of rivets or screws to a steel beam, while at the same time the Carrier material in contact with the product TPE the storage and transport of painted or sensitive, finished workpieces.
