ISO-LEN® 1000 also known as PE-UHMW or Polyethylene 1000, has proven itself for many years in various fields of application. Due to the wide range of properties, products made from this all-round material are used in all areas of technology in which particularly high demands are made on the materials used. By adding additives, we can also supply you with finished parts made of PE-UHMW in an antistatic version ( ISO-LEN® 1000 AST ) or electrically conductive form ( ISO-LEN® 1000 EL ).

ISO TECH Kunststoff GmbH ISO-MOL is a self-lubricating material based on PE-UHMW with significantly improved sliding friction and abrasion resistance. As a further development of our material ISO-LEN® 1000, the addition of additives achieves excellent wear behavior and an excellent coefficient of sliding friction. ISO-MOL® is mainly used in systems in which downtimes are very costly. In particular, slide rails and chain guide profiles as well as linings in the bulk goods sector are often manufactured on the basis of ISO-MOL® .

ISO TECH Kunststoff GmbH ISO-MID PA 12 is a thermoplastic, partially crystalline plastic, which is characterized by its low water absorption and high toughness. It also has good chemical resistance. Due to its dimensional stability, ISO-MID PA 12 is used for parts with particularly tight tolerances, such as sealing rings, support rings or even gear wheels.

ISO-LEN® P is an ultra-high molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene based on the proven ISO-LEN® 1000. Due to the homogeneous reinforcement of glass microspheres with PE-UHMW, ISO-LEN® P achieves not only a significantly improved abrasion resistance - especially at high machine speeds - but also an optimization of the rigidity of the workpiece.

ISO TECH Kunststoff GmbH ISO-POM is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic plastic that is characterized by high strength and hardness as well as high abrasion resistance. In particular, slide rails and bearing bushings are often made from ISO-POM .

ISO-LEN® HOT is an ultra-high molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene based on the well-known ISO-LEN® 1000. The addition of oxidation-inhibiting additives enables a longer service life at higher temperatures.

ISO-LEN® Polyrubber consists of two different thermoplastics: High molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene (ISOLEN ° 500, colors: red-brown, confetti or black) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE; color: black). These materials come in either two homogeneous composite layers are pressed together, or the TPE is in the near-surface Layers of PE interspersed. ISO TECH Kunststoff GmbH ISO-MID PA 6 is a thermoplastic, semi-crystalline plastic that has proven itself particularly due to its good properties at high temperatures. Due to its well-balanced mechanical properties, ISO-MID PA 6 is also widely used as a material for plain bearings, rollers or gear wheels.
