IsoBond

IsoBond 41 is a one part; single coat bonding system. IsoBond 41 is suitable for bonding castable polyurethane elastomers and RIM polyurethanes to a variety of substrates; including mild steel; stainless steel; brass; aluminum; acrylic plastics; ABS; GRP; epoxies; and concrete at ambient temperatures of 68° F (20° C) or above. The system has been designed to bond polyurethane elastomers curing at temperatures from 68–194° F (20–90° C). However; higher temperature curing elastomers; also bond well with IsoBond 41. When used as a two component adhesive with IsoCure B; improved environmental resistance is achieved and the system will bond fusion bonded epoxies and cured elastomers such as NR; CR; PU; etc.

IsoBond® UTN 5111 is a 1 component urethane adhesive designed for use as a structural adhesive. It has been certified to ASTM C557 and CA 25-4. It can be used for adhering wood studs; plywood; OSB; and gypsum. UTN 5111 is non-sag and has a fast set and short clamp time and is available in cartridges; pails and drums.

IsoBond® UTN 5115 is a 1 component urethane adhesive designed for use as a structural adhesive. IsoBond® UTN 5115 was designed to be a slower speed version of DR 18-043-1.

IsoBond™ HBN 5200 (Formerly ABI 2000-1) is a quick-setting two-component adhesive. It is highly suited for bonding wood to itself or to other porous substrates, such as fabric or cardboard and can provide adequate wood to plastic adhesion in many cases. Flexible substrates adhered to wood by IsoBond™ HBN 5200 will tend to break before the adhesive. It also contains 35 to 45 % naturally renewable material, giving it a “greener” profile than many adhesives. IsoBond™ HBN 5200 is packaged in cartridges and applied through a static mixer. The excellent initial bond of IsoBond™ HBN 5200 dramatically reduces downtime for a more efficient and productive manufacturing process.

IsoBond HBN 5232 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive that was designed to adhere plastics and metals together.

IsoBond HBN 5233 is fast setting; two-component polyurethane adhesive. This product is designed for bonding many plastics as well as aluminum parts.

IsoBond HBN 5234 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive with a 3 minute working time. It was designed for adhering to many plastics and aluminum.

IsoBond HTN 5230 is a two component; polyurea hybrid adhesive. This system was developed to be applied on vertical surfaces and to fill in gaps without sagging.

IsoBond USN 5211 is a two component adhesive designed to bond wood to aluminum. The fast bonding strength allows for a quick cure.

IsoBond USN 5213 is a two component adhesive designed to bond wood to aluminum. The fast bonding strength allows for a quick cure.

IsoBond HM 1110 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive ideal for bookbinding with low viscosity and high flexibility. Once cured; it provides strong; temperature resistant bonds. It is also useful for bonding many common plastics to wood for non-structural applications.

IsoBond HM 1114 is a reactive hot melt designed to have a long open time and remain tacky for extended periods.
