"J. Allcock & Sons are a supplier, recycler and manufacturer of materials to the polymer industries. We import and export throughout the world, spanning North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Our two main areas of expertise are rubber and silicones. We have been manufacturing products for the rubber industry since our birth in 1924 and have been supplying silicones since 1973.

J. Allcock & Sons is a ISO 9001:2015 company. We believe we are probably one of the few if not only rubber recycler in the UK to achieve this accreditation.

Unlike J. Allcock & Sons, Wellington Rubber Company Ltd specializes completely in size reduction rubber recycling.

Company Philosophy:

We aim to provide problem free deliveries: The correct product at the right location on the date required, with goods correctly marked and accompanied by the required documentation. All we ask is a chance to prove ourselves.

We also recognize that price is important, so we aim to be competitive. All we ask in return it to be paid on the mutually agreed date.

J. Allcock &amp; Sons NBR Granules is made from the ambient grinding of vulcanized nitrile rubber waste material. This is obtained from a variety of sources.

J. Allcock & Sons NBR Granules

J. Allcock &amp; Sons EPDM Granules is produced by the ambient grinding of EPDM waste / scrap material. EPDM is a rubber made from either a co-polymer of ethylene and propylene – which will be peroxide cured, or a ter-polymer which has a small amount of an unsaturated polymer added – this will be sulfur cured. The two different types are rigorously segregated, both as scrap and as finished crumb (or granules).

J. Allcock &amp; Sons Yellow 125 is a yellow iron oxide pigment which is used in the paint and rubber industries to give a distinct yellow color.

J. Allcock &amp; Sons Brown 895 is a dark brown iron oxide pigment.

J. Allcock &amp; Sons FKM Crumbs is made by ambient grinding, using specialized machinery, of selected FKM waste. The machinery used enables much finer grades to be produced. Electron microscopy shows the miniscule particles to be “torn” rather than just “cut”. This ensures maximum combination with virgin compound and excellent retention of properties.
