J. Allcock & Sons GRP NRT30R (T.1010) is a reclaimed rubber made from natural tube, together with reclaiming aids. After processing, the reclaim is first screened and then refined by milling. The very thin sheets resulting from this process are piled up to form a blanket. It is PBN free and PAH conformant.

J. Allcock & Sons FKM Crumbs is made by ambient grinding, using specialized machinery, of selected FKM waste. The machinery used enables much finer grades to be produced. Electron microscopy shows the miniscule particles to be “torn” rather than just “cut”. This ensures maximum combination with virgin compound and excellent retention of properties.
