Processing Parameters

Blend T component into R component. Mix for about two minutes if spatula agitation is used, or 30 seconds if an impeller type mixing blade and drill motor (1,800 rpm) is used. Pour at perception of exothermic heat and slight decrease in viscosity. When foaming action has ceased, post cure immediately (One hour at 350°F, then by 25°F increments for one half hour per each increment until the maximum operating temperature plus 25°F is reached.) Cool part to 110-130°F before stripping from mold
