Japan Cornstarch has been dedicated to the production of starch ever since we began production of wheat starch and wheat gluten in 1867 in what is now Isshiki-cho, Hazu-gun, Aichi Prefecture. We remain a leading company in the field, and were the first company in Japan to develop and industrialize original technology for the production of cornstarch.
