Javachem® GW-6200P is silicone additives are UHMW siloxane polymers that provide the balance of internal and external lubrication, and help address the problems such as die buildup, appearance defects, unstable line speed and insufficient flame retardancy. Javachem® HG provides comprehensive solutions such as scratch resistance, no stickiness, low VOC and low stress whitening for dashboard, door trim, center console, pillar trim and other PP and TPO auto-body parts. Javachem® HG is an efficient scratch resistant agent for auto interior PP material. The contained functional group of UHMW siloxane acts with anchoring effect in PP resin, delivering a good compatibility with the base material.

Javachem® GM wear-resistant additive is UHMW silicone additive with special functional groups acting as anchoring effect in the resin which contributes to improved compatibility with substrates. Javachem®GM can evenly concentrate on the materials, enhance the elastic resilience, reduce friction coefficients and wear, and give the material excellent long-lasting wear resistance and anti-slip performance.
