- Widely used in the insulation bonding of laminates.
- Widely used in electrical resistance insulation coatings, providing excellent temperature resistance while giving excellent stability (no smoke, no cracking) and scratch resistance.
- Instruction for Use
- If the coating or binder is prepared by the solvent method, it is recommended to use toluene or xylene as the solvent, and the resin is fully dissolved after the resin is dissolved. The dissolution process can be moderately heated (≤60℃), and it is necessary to use a 200 mesh filter cloth before use. Filter and observe if the filtrate is clear.
- If the resistance insulating coating is prepared by using the powder coating method, it is necessary to ensure sufficient mixing and wrapping of the resin and the pigment filler.
