About Us

Welcome to Jodoco, an independent privately owned company, established in 1999 and located in Tienen, Belgium. We are specialized in the development and production of innovative mainly liquid premixtures. The development takes place in own laboratories and in cooperation with institutes and universities in Belgium and other countries. A broad range of active ingredients are applied: this regards betaine, organic acids, inuline, oligofructose, mannoproteins, β-glucans, various sugars, glycerol and essential oils. As a result a variety of products have been developed both for the compound feed industry as well as self blending farmers, and intended both for monogastrics as well as ruminants. These products have various applications like preservation of feed and drinking water, modulation of the immune system, growth enhancer, prevention of heat stress, binder of mycotoxins, probiotics and improver of the zootechnical performance in general.

Jodoco NV Grovax is a liquid blend of natural products aiming to improve the gut health of monogastrics by promoting a stable and healthy microbiota and boosting the gut wall integrity. The various ingredients ensure an integrated approach with a multifaceted mode of action in the gut. A whole range of physiological and microbiological processes in the gut will be triggered and reinforced. Due to this synergy an optimal intestinal health is guaranteed. The active components comprise organic acids, slow-release butyrate, medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA) combined with targeted essential oils.

Jodoco NV Glycoboost is a high quality and tasty glycogenic energy booster for dairy cattle during the transition phase and the first 100 days of lactation. Glycoboost reduces and shortens the negative energy balance and therefore prevents ketosis (= acetonemia) and its negative consequences. This product can also be supplied as an energy source to sheep and goats. In addition, Glycoboost contains natural betaine which stimulates fermentation in the rumen and improves animal health. The combined supplementation of rumen protein and energy ensures optimal production of microbial protein (DVE) from the rumen.
