910 Assembled Roving for thermoplastic is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with multiple resin systems such as PP, AS/ABS, especially reinforcing PA for good hydrolysis resistant. 910 is typically designed for twin-screw extrusion process to manufacture thermoplastic granules. Key applications include railway track fastening pieces, automotive parts, electrical & electronic applications.

EWR270 is a plain type woven roving which are compatible with UP, VE, EP and PF resins. Woven rovings are a weight range of 260g/m -1,600 g/m and available with a width range of 50mm-3,000mm.

P10 Powder Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an powder binder. P10 is designed for use in automotive headliners and can also be used in other applications.

702 Direct Roving and Assembled Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing. Specially designed for texturizing and weaving of wet processes , it is suitable for use in texturized roving, texturized fiberglass loomstate, fiberglass tape, fiberglass rope and mesh, etc. It is widely used in smelting, power generation, shipbuilding, automobile, oil field filtration and other sealing insulation materials and construction, transportation, chemical, environmental protection, national defense and other thermal insulation materials.

622 Assembled Roving for Centrifugal Casting process is coated with a silane-based sizing, compatible with unsaturated polyester resins. 622 is a proprietary sizing formulation applied using a special manufacturing process which together result in an extremely fast wet-out speed and very low resin demand. These features enable maximum filler loading and therefore the lowest cost pipe manufacture. This roving is mainly used to manufacture centrifugal casting pipes of various specifications and some special spay-up processes.

440 Assembled Panel Roving for SMC are compatible with UP and VE. They deliver properties of good choppability and dispersion, low fuzz, good we-out and good antistatic performance.

162 Assembled Roving is coated with a special silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. Produced from E6 glass, 162 is designed for use in FRP chop applications, offering strong resin absorbability and excellent water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance in the FRP products.

362C Direct Roving is specifically designed for continuous fiber-glass reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) application in modified PP/PE resin. CFRT materials are widely used in automotive, construction, sports, electric and electronic applications.

512 Assembled Roving is specifically designed for powder and emulsion chopped strand mat applications in unsaturated polyester resin. It offers good choppability and dispersion. It can be used in soft chopped strand mats. 512’s main end-use applications are boat hulls and sanitary apparatus.

266 Assembled Roving is specially designed for filament winding process. 266 is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin, and is used in the manufacture of storage tanks and pipes. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, mining, and electric and electronic applications.

276 Assembled Roving is is based on E6 glass formulation, coated with a silane-based sizing. 276 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, yinyl ester, and epoxy resins. It is designed or filament winding and pultrusion applications. 276 is suitable for use in tent pole, outdoor travel goods, pressure vessels, pipes, craft and chemical storage tanks.

320 Direct Rovings for Weaving are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins. Their excellent weaving properties make them suitable for use in various products, such as wind blades, mesh fabrics, geotextiles, light weight fabrics and woven roving.

838 Assembled Panel Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester and acrylic resins. 838 is designed to deliver excellent performance in transparent, translucent, and opaque panel applications. 838 offers fast wet-out speed, and is suitable for use in the manufacture of daylighting panels.

E01 Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an emulsion binder. E01 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. E01 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Its end-use applications include boats, bath equipment, automotive parts, chemical corrosion resistant pipes, tanks, cooling towers and building components.

176 Assembled Roving for Spray-up is coated with a silane-based sizing, compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. 176 roving offers optimum wet-out speed, which is useful in produce production of large vertical surface, such as large swimming pool, recreational facility, storage tanks and automotive parts.

360A Direct Roving for GMT is coated with silane-based sizing compatible with PP resin. 360A is designed for GMT-UD process and is used in conjunction with GMT stitch mats. Its typical end use includes automotive and construction industry.

306B single end roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester. 306B is designed for RTP (reinforcement thermoplastics pipe) filament winding which requires acid resistance and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for application in spoolable piping systems.

352B Direct Roving for LFT is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with PA, TPU, and other resins. 352B is designed for LFT-G and LFT-D process. 312 Direct Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins and designed for filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications. 312 is suitable for use in FRP pipes, pressure vessels, profiles and the woven fabrics converted from 312 are suitable for use in boats, wind blades, chemical tanks and geotechnical gratings.
