Zircocem C-9 cement cures at room temperature 25-30°C in 24 hrs., depending upon the adhesive thickness to achieve optimal electric and mechanical properties, heating can cure faster in 3-4 hrs. by gentle heating maximum up to 110°C.
Powder 100gms Water 25ml. Powder 100gms Liquid 25ml. - Method
Mix 100gms.of powder, add 25ml water or liquid (well shaken) and mix gradually to obtain a uniform paste of toothpaste consistency. The pot life of this mixture at 25°C is 35-40mins., initial setting time at 25°C — between 4-5 hrs and curing time 4-5 hrs. To accelerate the curing time we suggest the below given heat cure schedule, after thorough air drying of cements. 1.For water mixed, around 2hrs of gentle heating up to 110°C in a heating oven. 2.For cement mixed in liquid, around 2-3hrs gentle heating at 140°C - 150°C in a heating oven.

Zircocem-C9 is available in 1,5,10 and 25 kg. strong air tight HDPE plastic pails / buckets and the liquid components (curing agents) are packed in strong HDPE plastic bottles in proportionate quantities.

ZIRCOCEM- C9 powder has shelf life of around 1 year if stored in original air tight container in dry conditions at ambient temperature.
