KAFRIT SAB 0C430 EVA functions as a slip and anti-blocking agent specifically designed for compatible films in the rubber industry. It's ideal for processing in banburys or kneaders. This formulation aligns with ethylene vinyl acetate (eva) polymers and resins, and the carrier includes polyethylenes (PE), resin-based, and ethylene vinyl acetate (eva).

CONSTAB SAB 06509 LD features a product composed of 5% highly purified erucamide slip additive and 5% synthetic silica. This formulation serves as both an anti-blocking agent and a slip agent, catering to the packaging sector, including food and beverage packaging and industrial and transport packaging.

KAFRIT SL 0A864 LD presents a hot slip masterbatch product that's tailored for low coefficient of friction (COF) properties at elevated temperatures. CONSTAB SAB 06569 LD is a synergistic combination of additives that provides balanced antiblocking and fast slip properties when processing mlld-pe, plastomers, or pe-copolymers; avoids screw slip and blooming; and provides excellent printing and sealing properties in comparison to oleamide or erucamide.

KAFRIT SAB 0656A EVA is a slip antiblock combi-masterbatch that acts as an antistick in extruded, blown, and cast films. Prevents the sticking of films to hot surfaces and prevents the fusion of Eva shrink hoods. Suitable for films with high va-content.

POLYFIL H1 is a product that functions as a foaming agent. It is compatible with linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polystyrenes (PS), polypropylenes (PP), and low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The recommended processing methods are blow molding and injection molding, and the carrier is resin-based, using low-density polyethylene (LDPE). POLYFIL H1 is a high-active product suitable for pe, pp, and ps.

Polyfil Inc’s PAC-0005FFLL-MW is an economical, fluoropolymer free processing aid concentrate for polyethylene extrusion that offers outstanding performance under a wide variety of extruder conditions. The non-blooming, thermally stable active ingredient can speedily coat internal die surfaces without build-up at moderate dosage levels. Benefits to PAC-0005FFLL-MW quality include reduction or elimination of melt fracture, die build-up, and gel formation. Improvements are seen in gloss, clarity, and physical properties of the film. Economic advantages are obtained through increased extruder output and lower scrap rates. PAC-0005FFLL-MW complies with FDA requirements for food contact applications and will not interfere with ink adhesion, heat seals, or laminations.


	The MW grade has a proprietary chemistry that provides excellent thermal stability for blown film applications.

	The MWZ grade has a proprietary chemistry that is thermally stable at even higher temperatures than the MW, making the MWZ suitable for both blown and cast film applications.



POLYFIL PAC-0005FFLL-MWZ

POLYFIL P functions as a foaming agent, generating microcells to reduce weight in fibers and nonwovens. It's a versatile solution suitable for PE, PP, and PS. It's compatible with a range of polymers and resins, including high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polystyrenes (PS), polypropylenes (PP), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). It accommodates processing methods like blow molding and injection molding. The carrier is low-density polyethylene (LDPE) within a resin-based matrix. Notable features include its contribution to lightness.

POLYFIL VM1 is a foaming agent designed for use with high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polystyrenes (PS), and polypropylenes (PP) as compatible polymers and resins. It is carried by ethylene propylene rubber (epm) in a resin-based formulation, making it suitable for various foaming applications in the plastics industry.
