The non-blooming, thermally stable active ingredient can speedily coat internal die surfaces without buildup at low dosage levels. Benefits of PAC-0001FFLL-SP quality include reduction or elimination of melt fracture. Improvements are seen in the gloss, clarity, and physical properties of the film. Economic advantages are obtained through increased extruder output and lower scrap rates. PAC-0001FFLL-SP complies with FDA and EU requirements for food contact applications and will not interfere with ink adhesion, heat seals, or laminations.
