    Storage & Handling

    Storage and Transport
    • The shelf life of TIGERLAC™ 5061 Flaked Shellacs will be more than 2 years if stored/transported at temperatures < 20 degrees C. Higher temperatures will accelerate aging of solid material and raise the risk of "blocking" especially under the influence of humidity. Because of reasons mentioned above, we recommend refrigeration during transport during the warm summer months.
