"Founded in 1963; on a shoe-string budget, we entered the construction products marketplace as a marketing firm selling privately labeled products under the newly established brand name, KAUFMAN PRODUCTS, Inc. However, within just a few short years, Irvin and Carol Kaufman achieved part of their American dream; their first factory to manufacture products under their own label. This initial investment allowed them to lower their costs, but more importantly it gave them control over the quality of the materials bearing their name. From the beginning, KPI has maintained a belief in and commitment to producing top-tier products and services. To that end, we offer competitive prices, superior service, and high quality products, all just a simple outgrowth of our stated goal of producing materials we can be proud of and that serve our customers well.

Today, more than half a century later, KAUFMAN PRODUCTS, Inc., has evolved to offer more than two hundred products for use on both new concrete construction projects as well as restoration and repair work of existing concrete structures. Among the various powders and chemicals manufactured in our factory, we offer epoxy adhesives, cementitious and polymer modified repair mortars, curing compounds, form release agents, coatings, non-shrink grouts, retarders and accelerating agents, curing and sealing compounds, shake-on hardeners, penetrating hardeners, and anchoring materials. The breadth of our product line continues to grow, giving our business partners the ability to carry a full line of products that meet a wide range of needs."

SurePoxy HMLV is a 100% solids, two component, moisture-insensitive, epoxy resin system. This is a low viscosity multi-purpose product that can be applied neat or filled with aggregate, and may be used with concrete, metals such as steel, wood, and other substrates. It does not contain fillers or non-reactive diluents. SurePoxy HMLV comes complete in one package, containing both components, so there is less chance of a mixing error.

Krystal 25 Emulsion is a state of the art, waterbased, and low VOC, curing &amp; sealing compound. This high quality polymer produces a VOC compliant compound for curing freshly placed concrete. This product provides a quality cure and seal while assuring total resistance to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. It is particularly suited for concrete where VOC requirements or safety concerns make solvent based systems inappropriate. In addition, this product is unique in that it has built in freeze/thaw protection. While it will solidify if frozen, after thawing and gentle stirring, it will be as good as new. Krystal 25 Emulsion is a UV resistant version of our long famous SureCure 25 Emulsion.

SurePoxy HM Gel is a 100% solids, two component, moisture-insensitive, epoxy resin system. This is a highly thixotropic, multi-purpose gel adhesive for use with concrete, metals such as steel, wood, and other substrates. SurePoxy HM Gel is completely non-shrinking and does not contain any oil extenders.

Jet Set 10 Hydrophobic Sealing and Grouting Compound is a solvent free, low viscosity resin for the sealing of leaking cracks and joints in concrete structures with continuous moisture exposure. The addition of 6% to 10% Catalyst will accelerate the resin to effectively seal off the leak. The mixed material will react with water to form a foam or gel that can seal and choke off the leak. Kaufman Jet Set 10 may be pumped using a single component pump.

SureSeal OTC is a special high solids, modified acrylic concrete floor sealer, containing K7 - an improved rubber copolymer. It is internally catalyzed to penetrate deeply and form a tough film. After application, the thinners evaporate, leaving the copolymers and metallic salts to catalyze together and produce hard, flexible, water, acid and alkali resistant sealer of the highest quality. SureSeal OTC is available in both clear and colors. The pigments used are high quality iron oxides that are both, light-fast and alkali resistant. Finely ground and dispersed anti-settling agents are incorporated to prevent hard settling in the can. SureSeal is unique in that is normally does not require acid etching of the concrete before application. SureSeal OTC is non-skinning.

SurePoxy HM is a 100% solids, two-component, and moisture-insensitive, epoxy resin system. It is an all purpose, very high strength rigid adhesive designed for structural bonding of dry and damp materials free of standing water. SurePoxy HM may be used with concrete, metals such as steel, wood, and other substrates.

K Pro UC Epoxy Grout is a three-component, 100% solids, extended-pot life, and moisture-insensitive marine epoxy grout system. The extended pot life of K Pro UC Epoxy Grout sets it apart from the competition. This unique feature greatly enhances the ability to pump K Pro UC Epoxy Grout longer distances. K Pro UC Epoxy Grout can also easily be poured or used in tremie applications. No fillers, non-reactive diluents, or solvents are used in K Pro UC Epoxy Grout. Additionally, K Pro UC Epoxy Grout may be used in fresh, salt, or brackish water, and will bond effectively to wood, concrete, steel, and fiberglass.

SurePoxy HMLV Class B is a 100% solids, two component, moisture-insensitive, epoxy resin system. This is a low viscosity, multi-purpose product that can be applied neat or filled with aggregate in temperatures as low as 32°F. SurePoxy HMLV Class B may be used with concrete, metals such as steel, wood, and other substrates.
