Begin feeding Ranger Kaydets 14 days before animals start grazing on lush green pastures. Continue\ feeding as long as conditions for grass tetany persist. Do not feed any additional salt or minerals. Provide adequate feeding space so that all animals can eat at the same time.
CATTLE: Feed so cows suckling calves receive 5 ounces per head per day. This will supply 19 grams of magnesium per animal per day.
DAIRY: Feed so animals receive 7 ounces per head per day. This will supply 27 grams of magnesium per animal per day.- Use For
• Beef or dairy cattle which require high magnesium supplementation
• Cattle on pasture or in confinement
• Reducing the risk of grass tetany or other conditions which require higher magnesium supplementation
