Application Properties

• Reliable direct addition
• Simple and dust-free dosage into PVC- powder blends and milled regenerated PVC
• Easy to disperse by low melt viscosity of polymer carrier
• Reduces friction and adhesion of melt to the surface of the extrusion unit
• Improved processing behavior and increased process stability during extrusion and foaming
• Effective gas: N₂, CO₂, CO, NH₃

Examples of Uses

• PVC blends for free-foaming process and structural foam process (Celuka), for the production of profiles and boards
• Blowing of foam layer in PVC-coextrusion-processes
• Preferably Ca- / Zn- and organo-Sn-stabilized blends
