These high molecular weight, high hydrophobic vegetable polymers show excellent protection against surfactant irritancy, confer smoothness to the skin and hair during detersion. Due to its amino acids composition and high molecular weight this soy proteins complex shows a particular conditioning effect on damaged hair when used in cleansing formulation combined with anionic, amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants. The utilization of SOYPLEX LES could avoid the use of strong conditioning substances which are irritating on sensitive scalps. Gives clear water solutions.
