ErgaFlex™ is a UV-cure flexographic ink series for printing on paper, board, film, tag & label substrates. ErgaFlex MP 1000 UV-cure flexo ink is primarily intended for use with fine-screen Anilox rollers in the 800-1200 lpi range. Use ErgaFlex™ for tag & label printing. Kerley Ink has designed ErgaFlex™ inks to be very stable in-fountain, so press operators will spend less time checking and adjusting ink to concentrate on printing product. ErgaFlex is relatively free of mineral fillers like clay extenders, so color strength and print fidelity are optimized. Scuff resistance and holdout is usually excellent, and ErgaFlex inks will often pass tape pull tests where other brands will not.
