UV Cure
  • Medium pressure microwave lamp: UVV dosage of 2000-5000 mJ/cm2 and UVV intensity of 1000-2000 mW/cm2
  • UV LED: 395nm >6000 mJ/cm2 and >2500 mW/cm2
  • A coating temperature of 100 - 130°C (185°C max) is recommended at the time of cure

Storage & Shelf Life

Storage Conditions: < 27°C, RH < 50% protect from direct sunlight

Recommended Shelf Life: 12 months. Beyond 12 months subject to recertification by manufacturer
