Keyland Polymer UV/EB resin UVP-1300 is an unsaturated polyester methacrylate resin that is cured with UV/EB energy. It is used in powder coatings, as an additive in ink, toner, and overlay varnish applications, and as an additive in 3D additive manufacturing applications.

UV Cure
  • Medium pressure microwave lamp: UVV dosage of 2000-5000 mJ/cm2 and UVV intensity of 1000-2000 mW/cm2
  • UV LED: 395nm >6000 mJ/cm2 and >3000 mW/cm2
  • A coating temperature of 100 - 130°C (185°C max) is recommended at the time of cure
