NACURE® acid catalysts accelerate the amino crosslinked reaction by reducing the temperature and time needed to cure the system. These systems are commonly used for primer and top coat formulations in the auto OEM market. Selecting the proper NACURE acid catalyst could improve the crosslinking of the final film. These tough high performance films can exhibit improved moisture/corrosion resistance, higher gloss, excellent exterior durability and improved adhesion.

K-CORR® and K-CORR® G rust inhibitor systems are specially designed to provide outstanding rust protection to greases exposed to severe salt water conditions.


K-CORR

NA-SUL® rust and corrosion inhibitors exhibit superior salt fog performance compared to other sulfonate chemistries. Dinonylnaphthalene sulfonates are effective in a wide range of applications from general and indoor storage to harsh exterior applications. NA-SUL® corrosion inhibitors are effective on steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and various other metals. The NA-SUL® line provides excellent rust and corrosion protection in addition to other unique performance properties. King’s process of direct neutralization produces sulfonates with no chlorine, resulting in enhanced rust protection and resistance to staining.

Addition of DISPARLON® provides thixotropy with good shear thinning for ease of application, gunability and excellent slump control/bead formation. DISPARLON provides a balanced mix of performance benefits for both waterborne and solventborne adhesive and sealant applications.

K-KAT® catalysts are alternatives (or substitutes) to tin and mercury catalysts for isocyanate, blocked isocyanate and moisture cure silane systems. K-KAT catalysts are effective for crosslinking silane terminated polymers while adding improved adhesion.

K-FLEX® diols are solventless liquid polyester diols that range in viscosity from 400-12,000 cPs and can add a balance of flexibility while retaining hardness. They are especially suited for adhesives that require good clarity and low color development.

NA-SUL® CA-1259 is a high performance liquid rust and corrosion inhibitor for rust preventives and dewatering fluids. It offers excellent solubility in a wide range of mineral oils, esters and vegetable oils. NA-SUL® CA-1259 is less viscous than many other additives of its type and may often be able to be cold blended into oils. This results in lower energy cost and faster processing. NA-SUL® CA-1259 has an exceptional ability to help to separate water from oil and oil/solvent solutions making it very suitable for dewatering fluid applications. The solubility of NA-SUL® CA-1259 should be verified in the diluents that are being considered for use.

NA-SUL® CA-770FG is a premium rust inhibitor for petroleum and synthetic lubricants, greases, and rust preventive fluids. It provides excellent demulsibility and filterability and is compatible with a wide range of additives and base stocks.

NA-LUBE® AW-6400FG is an ashless rust and corrosion inhibitor and antiwear additive.

NA-LUBE® AW-6310 is an ashless multifunctional additive for industrial and automotive lubricants and greases. NA-LUBE® AW-6310, when used at very low treat levels, exhibits excellent extreme pressure and antiwear properties as determined with the FZG test rig. Additionally, NA-LUBE® AW-6310 imparts outstanding steel corrosion protection and demulsibility to lubricants based on Group I, II and synthetic base stocks.

NA-SUL® BSN is a premium non-staining rust inhibitor for petroleum and synthetic lubricants, greases, rust preventive fluids and metalworking specialties. It provides excellent demulsibility and resistance to the negative effects of water and is compatible with a wide range of additives and base oils.
