ULTRA PREP is the latest technology in mesh preparation to increase process reliability. ULTRA PREP improves the wetting ability of the mesh and adhering of emulsion-improving the emulsion's durability. ULTRA PREP treated mesh also improves the flow of both emulsion and ink through the screen resulting in better coating results and finer details during printing. When used on newly meshed screens, it also reduces the appearance of ghost haze images.

KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate is a concentrated stencil removing solution for screens. It can be used in a dilution of 1:5 up to 1:10 with water. KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate does not require the typical hazardous charge, required when shipping some concentrated stencil removers. KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate solutions are colorless and free from chlorine. KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate is suitable for use with all direct photo emulsions and capillary films, but not indirect films.

KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB is a concentrated emulsion reclaimer for decoating of polymer-based direct emulsions and capillary films such as Diazo and SBQ sensitized emulsions. KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB is especially effective on water resistant emulsions. Its unique formulation provides for easier reclaiming in automatic reclaiming equipment. KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB is a liquid concentrate which can be diluted from 1:10 parts water up to 1:20 parts water. KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB does not crystallize when drying and is suitable for use in automatic reclaiming equipment.


KIWO CLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB

DEGREASER 1:20 concentrate is a highly efficient cleaning and degreasing concentrate for printing screens. It is suitable for all mesh types and prevents pinholes and irregularities in the coating. DEGREASER 1:20 concentrate solutions emulsify dirt and grease thus making them water soluble. A strong foaming action accelerates the degreasing process and is an aid in determining when sufficient rinsing has been achieved. DEGREASER 1:20 concentrate is formulated to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:20, but can be used in different ratios to adapt to the level of contamination. DEGREASER 1:20 concentrate is an economical degreaser with strong foaming action. It is free from chlorine and phosphates, and is biodegradable.

PREGAN A9 is a highly efficient cleaning and degreasing solution that is ready to use. It is suitable for all mesh types and prevents pinholes and irregularities in the coating. PREGAN A9 emulsifies dirt and grease thus making them water soluble. A strong foaming action accelerates the degreasing process and is an aid in determining thoroughness of rinsing.

KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH is a screen cleaning concentrate formulated to be diluted with water. It is very effective on plastisol, UV, and water-based inks, as well as some solvent based inks. Its high flash point and low foaming characteristic make it especially suitable for use in automatic screen washing units. KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH is mild in odor and biodegradable. It is more environmentally friendly than many other ink wash products because it can be diluted with water without reducing its effectiveness, which reduces packaging, shipping weight, transportation costs, and VOC levels. This unique formulation also helps reduce ghost haze images. CIW can be refreshed quickly in a settling tank.

KIWO KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH

GSR DE-HAZER / DEGREASER is a non-caustic viscous all-in-one ghost haze remover, degreaser and mesh prep. Used after removing ink and emulsion from the screen to remove residual ink and emulsion stains. GSR DE-HAZER / DEGREASER also removes oily solvent residue, dirt, grease and other contaminants that can cause imperfections such as fisheyes and pinholes in the emulsion coating. Unlike caustic haze removers that degrade the mesh over time, GSR DE-HAZER / DEGREASER is much gentler on the mesh and the person using it. Its pleasant fragrance makes for a better workplace environment.

KIWOCLEAN PREGASOL CF 20 concentrate is a concentrated emulsion reclaimer for de-coating of polymer-based direct emulsions and capillary films such as Diazo- and SBQ-sensitized emulsions. KIWOCLEAN PREGASOL CF 20 concentrate is a liquid concentrate which is diluted with up to 20 parts water. KIWOCLEAN PREGASOL CF 20 concentrate does not crystallize when drying and is suitable for use in automatic reclaiming equipment.


KIWO CLEAN PREGASOL CF 20 CONCENTRATE

HAZE REMOVER HV is a safe, yet highly effective, viscous liquid HAZE REMOVER HV for the removal of most ink stains and emulsion residue. To maximize its effectiveness, HAZE REMOVER HV is designed to be applied to a dry screen, allowed to dry on the screen, and then re-activated with a KIWO INK WASH product e.g., EXCEL INK WASH, KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH, or LOW VOC INK WASH (for use in California). It is formulated to work as it dries on the screen. The reaction is complete once the chemical dries. This allows for reaction over several hours or even overnight, without damage to the screen. Do not use on nickel screens.

KIWO HAZE REMOVER HV

STENCIL REMOVER 1:20/1:50 concentrate is a highly concentrated liquid emulsion remover for de-coating polymer-based direct emulsions and capillary films. STENCIL REMOVER 1:20/1:50 concentrate provides maximum efficiency when diluted with 20 parts water but may be diluted with up to 50 parts water depending on the type of emulsion and desired effectiveness. STENCIL REMOVER 1:20/1:50 concentrate does not crystallize when drying and is suitable for use in automatic reclaiming equipment.
