Si-Rex03 by Klaas Coatings is a state-of-the-art exterior architectural wall and facade coating specifically for use on concrete and masonry substrates. Use of an advanced silicone resin binder system delivers a sophisticated matte finish with outstanding performance benefits.

Si-Prime is a water-borne blend of Silanes, Siloxanes and Acrylic for priming bare and previously untreated porous concrete and other mineral substrates. Water repellent, it also helps bind and consolidate weak or powdery surfaces. Being low viscosity Si-Prime penetrates well into the substrate whilst allowing the substrate to breath; and moisture to outgas. Si-Prime equalizes surface porosity allowing even application and reducing paint consumption of subsequent top coats; fully compatible with Klaas Coatings Si-Rex03™ Silicone Resin Emulsion Paint.
