DAVERA® F&B is used for:
Sanitizing and disinfecting
- Surfaces - industrial field / HoReCa industry / communities / household
- Disinfecting surfaces in contact with food such as utensils, crockery, glassware, countertops and kitchen equipment, restaurants, canteens and other public places to serve food
Use DAVERA® F&B to sanitize food processing equipment, equipment for drinks, frozen dessert machines, food utensils, dishes & crockery. glassware, countertops, meals, in restaurants, taverns, bars, kindergartens, hotels and institutions.
Use DAVERA® F&B for general disinfection of non-porous hard surfaces such as floors, walls, tables, chairs, spaces for bathrooms and toilets
Use DAVERA® F&B for general disinfection of non-porous hard surfaces in contact with food: countertops and kitchen worktops, counters, utensils, crockery, glassware kitchen and professional equipment in restaurants, bars, taverns, kitchens, hotels.
- How to Use
The regulations require that all surfaces in contact with food must be properly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected to protect public health by exposing them to the dangers of diseases transmitted by cross-contamination of dirty surfaces with infectious microorganisms. Contamination of surfaces with germs takes place in the normal process of preparation, handling and consumption of food. Any surface that comes in contact with raw meat or fish can be contaminated with bacteria such as E. coli.
Sanitization of non-porous hard surfaces in contact with food Sanitization is an important step for food safety and follows immediately after the cleaning stage and must be done daily. In general, sanitizing means reducing the number of microorganisms to a safe level.
- Sanitizing dishes crockery glassware and other kitchen utensils by immersion
- Remove coarse debris and / or pre-wash dishes, utensils, glassware, cutlery, etc.,
- Wash with a good detergent or other cleaning product (in the first compartment of the sink);
- Rinse well with clean water (in the second compartment of the sink);
- Then sanitize with a DAVERA® F&B solution with a concentration of 0.02%-0.04%. Immerse all utensils / dishes/ glassware/ cutlery., etc. for at least two minutes (in the 12th compartment); The 0.02% solution is obtained by diluting 500 ml of DAVERA® F&B solution with 9.5 L of water (1:20 dilution), and the 0.04% solution is obtained by diluting 1000 ml of 9L DAVERA® F&B solution water (dilution 1:10). The water temperature can be in the range of 15-35 OC; 5. Place sanitized utensils on a stand or drain to allow them to air dry. No further rinsing is required.

- Thoroughly wash and rinse allequipment and surfaces.
- Make a solution of concentration of 0.02% to 0.04% in hot water at a temperature between 150-350C; (for dilution see point 1)
- Spray with a manually operated spray, or wipe and let the surface remain moist for at least two minutes, followed by draining the solution and drying normally under the action of air. Do not rinse or wipe.

Cleaning instructions
- Drain the entire product from the machine
- Rinse the appliance/ equipment thoroughly, adding water and running for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
- Wash the machine thoroughly by adding the appropriate detergent solution and run for 5 minutes, then drain the detergent solution.
- Rinse the machine again by adding water and run for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Insert 0.02-0.04% DAVERA® F&B sanitizing solution into the appliance and recirculate the solution for 5 minutes, then drain the sanitizing solution. Allow the machine to dry for at least 5 minutes.
- The appliance is now ready for refilling.
Disinfection of non-porous hard surfaces in contact with food by spraying andI or wiping with a clean, soft cloth.
Spray the undiluted DAVERA® F&B product directly on the area to be disinfected and distribute the active solution evenly over the entire surface and the objects to be disinfected (a clean cloth may be used for even distribution of the solution). Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water. (rinsing is required only for utensils that come into direct contact with food).
Countertops can be disinfected with DAVERA® F&B, undiluted, by spraying or wiping, allowed to act for 5 minutes, then allowed to dry. No rinsing required.
Disinfection by spraying non-porous hard surfaces that are not in contact with food and / or wipe with a clean, soft cloth.
All types of kitchen floors, dining rooms, bathrooms, toilets can be disinfected by wiping with a mop / cloth with undiluted DAVERA® F&B solution. After application, allow to dry slowly. Do Not rinse afterwards. Also, toilet bowls, sinks, bins/ rubbish bins are disinfected by spraying with undiluted DAVERA® F&B. Leave on for 5 minutes. Do Not rinse. The walls / tiles are cleaned and then wiped with a cloth soaked in DAVERA® F&B solution to distribute evenly over the entire surface. Allow to dry slowly. Do Not rinse afterwards. Tables, chairs, doors, their hardware, locker rooms, other furniture, are disinfected by spraying/ wiping with undiluted DAVERA® F&B solution. Do Not rinse afterwards.- Directions for Use

- Precautions for Use
Use with protective gloves. It is recommended for use in well-ventilated and ventilated rooms. The product will be kept closed, in its original packaging, in a cool place and in a dry place. Avoid contact of DAVERA® F&B with other biocidal products, or with other detergents, especially those containing anionic surfactants or aldehydes.
